Please read this carefully to ensure you agree with my TOS (Terms of Service) before requesting a commission. Commissioning me means you've understood and accepted my TOS, as I will work under the assumption that you have read it.If you have any questions regarding of my terms, feel free to contact me via Discord (click here)!
General
• TOS and commission prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
• I reserve the rights to decline any requests I am unable to do or for any reason/without explanation.
Copyright & Usage
• The commissioned artwork will be for personal use only. This include posting on social media, header/banner, icons/PFPs, or any other that is deemed fitting.
• I reserve all rights to the finished artwork and am allowed to post WIPs (work in progress) / finished commissions on my social media (with watermark) or to be included into my working portfolio.
• However, if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
• If you wish to post the commissioned artwork, please tag me! If it isn't on a social media that I'm on, please put a credit or link.
• Using my art for AI purposes, NFTs and alike is strongly prohibited. Do not upload it to any AI sites as doing this could compromise my artwork. Please do not trace or edit as well.
• For commercial usage, pricing is available at different rates (expect it to be higher than the normal base prices) which can be discussed further on.
Payment & Refunds
• Since my commission is currently only open for locals of Malaysia, payments will only be accepted through DuitNow online transfer from eligible banks in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) currency.
• Extra charges may apply if your design is overly detailed or complicated, if this is the case it will be properly discussed before payment.
• Payment is required before starting a commission.
• For a commission total less than RM150, full payment must be made once you have placed your commission and all details needed for me to get started are complete.
• For a commission total more than RM150, you may do a 50% upfront payment of the discussed amount and pay the remaining amount after the commission is done.
• You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done.
• If I cannot finish your commission for any personal reasons from my part, you will be refunded in full.
• No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
Deadlines
• Please be noted that this is a freelance job and something that I do to generate side income. Therefore, I hope you can understand that my time won't be 24/7 dedicated on your commission as I am also working a full-time job. (´；ω；`)
• With that being said, don't worry - I will still perform my best to complete your commission efficiently!
• The turnaround time should take no longer than 2-3 weeks, depending on the workload.
• An estimated time for completion will be provided during initial discussion, I will indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.
• While I won't always be readily available on Discord, you may still leave a message if you wish to request a WIP or enquire anything, and I will reply the soonest I can!
• Lastly, let's respect each other for a smooth and enjoyable process. Please be patient and polite~ (◡‿◡✿)
